Areas We Serve in Northeast Florida

Custom Home and Pool Builder Serving Northeast Florida

WT Construction is a locally based custom home and pool builder proudly serving Clay, Duval, and St. Johns counties. From our home base in Middleburg, we build across Northeast Florida, bringing the same craftsmanship and accountability to every community we work in. Because we are local, we understand the permitting, land, and design considerations that vary from one city and county to the next, which keeps your project moving smoothly from first consultation to final walkthrough.

Explore the areas we serve below.

Clay County

Clay County is our home, and no one knows it better. Headquartered in Middleburg, we build custom homes and inground pools throughout the county and understand its lots, soil conditions, and permitting requirements firsthand. From established neighborhoods to rural build-on-your-lot properties, we help Clay County families create homes designed for how they live.

We also build in Keystone Heights, Penney Farms, Lake Asbury, Lakeside, and Bellair-Meadowbrook Terrace, along with surrounding Clay County communities.

St. Johns County

St. Johns County blends historic charm with some of Northeast Florida's most sought-after coastal communities. We build custom homes and pools here for homeowners who want quality construction in areas like St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra, handling the specific permitting and site considerations that come with building in this part of the region.

  • St. Augustine - Custom Homes | Custom Pools

  • Ponte Vedra - Custom Homes | Custom Pools

We also serve Nocatee, Fruit Cove, Hastings, Vilano Beach, Crescent Beach, Butler Beach, Palm Valley, Sawgrass, St. Augustine Beach, St. Augustine Shores, and St. Augustine South, plus surrounding St. Johns County areas.

Duval County

Duval County anchors the Jacksonville metro area and offers a wide range of settings for a new custom home or pool. Whether you are building in an established Jacksonville neighborhood or adding a pool to your property, our team brings local knowledge and one accountable crew to every Duval County project.

  • Jacksonville - Custom Homes | Custom Pools

We also build in Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Baldwin, and surrounding Duval County communities.

Local Knowledge Across Every Community We Serve

Building across Northeast Florida means understanding that no two counties, or even two lots, are exactly alike. Permitting timelines, setback rules, soil conditions, and site requirements shift from Clay to Duval to St. Johns, and being local means we plan around those differences instead of being surprised by them. Wherever you want to build, you get the same coordinated team managing your custom home or pool from design through final walkthrough.

If you don't see your specific community listed, it's likely we still build there. Our service area covers Northeast Florida broadly, and we're happy to confirm coverage for your exact location.
