About WT Construction
Our quality and standards are some of the things that set us apart. It is not the only thing though. We understand the complicated process of construction. Our job is not only to build but communicate and alleviate the stress for our clients. We will help you navigate the design process as well as help you find financing that suits your needs. Building a new home or pool should be fun and exciting and we are here to help.
We love this community. It is not just where we work but it is our home as well. Our combined experience of over 40 years in the industry was all earned locally. We are not just your builder; we are your neighbors. A large part of what we try to achieve here at W T Construction is a lasting relationship. That relationship is built with honesty and communication.
Serving Clay, Duval, and St. Johns Counties
From our base in Middleburg, WT Construction builds custom homes and inground pools across three Northeast Florida counties. Our service area reaches Orange Park, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville, and the communities around them. Each area carries its own lot conditions, zoning rules, and permitting requirements, and knowing those differences firsthand is what keeps a project on schedule.
That local footprint also means established working relationships with area architects, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers throughout the region. Those connections help us anticipate site and permitting challenges early, before they turn into delays, whether you are building in an established neighborhood or on a rural lot.
Custom Homes and Pools Under One Licensed Team
One thing that distinguishes WT Construction is that we handle both custom home construction and inground pool construction ourselves. Many homeowners want a new home and a pool designed to work together as a single space, and coordinating that through one accountable team is far simpler than managing separate contractors on separate timelines. Whether it is a starter home, a fully custom residence, a backyard pool, or all of it at once, one crew owns the outcome from start to finish.
We do this work as a licensed Florida general contractor under CGC1532802. That license reflects a commitment to building correctly, safely, and to code on every project, and it is your assurance that the team managing your investment is held to professional standards.
